Welcome to the ECE Academy! I will be entertaining you in Math 20E, although perhaps not as much as Curt will entertain you in ECE 25. However, you will learn learn the answer to the questions, "What is Green's theorem and what does it have to do with planimeters?" (Although not necessarily in that order.) Welcome to UCSD. I’m one of the Academy instructors and will be the one entertaining you in ECE25. Besides teaching, I’m also involved with a wide variety of initiatives at Calit2, especially in the areas of applying engineering to cool applications. So if you are interested in flying drones in Guatemala, designing swarms of underwater robots, or just the joy of exploration and travel, feel free to stop by for a chat. BTW, don’t worry about butchering my last name; everyone does. Just call me Curt.
