Acceptance confirmation

Participation in 2015 UC San Diego Academy is by admission only. If you received an admission offer to participate in 2016 UC San Diego Academy, please confirm you acceptance by sending email to Professor Mohan Paturi at paturi@cs.ucsd.edu.

Financial Aid

All students who have applied for financial aid have been notified of their status. If you have financial aid questions, please contact Beth Ojeda at (858) 534-5376 or jojeda@ucsd.edu for assistance.

Academy WebReg Enrollment Instructions

It turns out that you have to do WebReg to enroll in your Academy courses. All students who are eligible to enroll in the Academy must have received an email with a list of courses and section numbers. Please use the information to complete the enrollment process, following the Academy WebReg Enrollment Instructions. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. If you have any questions, please send email to Professor Mohan Paturi (paturi@cs.ucsd.edu) promptly. Do not delay enrolling in your courses.

Housing and Dining

Later in July, Housing and Dining will contact you regarding your housing arrangements for the five week program. Move in date is Saturday, July 30. You will also be required to complete various forms at the time. For more information on housing and dining, please consult the web page Housing and Dining.
