Students and parents are expected to arrive on campus on August 6, 2017. A tentative schedule for the day is presented below.

9:00-12:00 PM

Housing move-in to your assigned apartments if you are staying on campus. If not, collecting meal cards.
Details will be provided in due course.

12:00-1:30 PM

Have lunch on your own and walk to Atkinson Hall (Qualcomm Institute) for reception. Ocean View Terrace is an excellent option for lunch.

1:30-2:15 PM

Reception will be held in the Calit2 (Qualcomm Institute) Auditorium in Atkinson Hall. Light refreshments will be served.

2:15-3:30 PM

Welcome ceremony. UC San Diego faculty welcome the students and parents (Calit2 Auditorium in Atkinson Hall).

3:30-4:30 PM

Assemble in CSE 1202 (for SPIS students),  CSE 2154 (for Biology Academy students), CSE 4140 (CSE Academy students), or CSE 4258 (Mathematics Academy students)  for obtaining books and clickers and for a break-out session with instructors and mentors.

4:30-6:00 PM

Time to go back to Asante House, unpack and settle in and have dinner at Cafe Ventanas
