10:00-2:00 PM

Village check-in/move-in. For more information about move in, please check the Academy Housing and Dining page.

1:30-2:30 PM

Reception will be held in the Calit2 (Qualcomm Institute) Auditorium in Atkinson Hall. Light refreshments will be served.

2:30-4:00 PM

Welcome ceremony. UC San Diego faculty welcome the students and parents (Calit2 Auditorium in Atkinson Hall).
